A Gathering on Main is an outdoor extension of our boutique where heritage, artistry, and curated beauty meet. Twice a year, in Spring and Fall, Main Street comes alive with a thoughtfully selected group of vendors offering exclusive wares, limited collections, and one-of-a-kind finds.

Each maker brings a distinct collection: vintage treasures, handmade and home-grown products, jewelry, clothing, earthenware, textiles, and seasonal curiosities—each shaped by their own artistry.
The result is not simply a market, but a gathering of exclusive collections—each echoing heritage, craftsmanship, beauty, and quiet whimsy.

The city of Hudson requires ALL vendors to register with the city. Vendors must fill out the Participant Agreement minimally thirty (30) days prior to the event as well as submit the Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement.
A Gathering In The Village

- Direct sales vendors are not accepted. (i..e. Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, etc.
- Unless directly contacted by the chair member of the event (Denise Dale)...applicants are expected to submit an application. Upon receipt of your application...social media accounts will be viewed to determine eligibility. All applicants will be notified when they are approved/denied.
- Once approved, merchants will receive an invoice for the vendor set-up fee via email. Invoices are due upon receipt and those not paid within 72hrs will be cancelled. (Should you not be able to attend after payment has been made, refunds WILL NOT be issued)
- Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances a credit will be issued toward a future market date.
- Once payment is received, we will consider you a vendor and will make every provision to promote your business and product throughout our marketing for the event. (All events will be heavily shared and cross promoted via our social media pages, as well as through our website, promotional materials, and publications.
- Vendors are responsible for their displays and are required to bring their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, as well as any weights needed for such.
- There are NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS! Any vendors who break down early will be prohibited from taking part in future market dates.
- Sidewalk merchants are prohibited from using any tents. You will only have a table display due to Village ordinances.
- All vendors agree to hold the Downtown Street Market and its officer free of all liability due to: injury, accident(s), damage to or loss of merchandise, and lack of sales generated.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax
